電腦平常看到的字體可以改嗎?

平常打開電腦的字體因該都是標楷體的
請問可以改成娃娃體的嗎?我剛剛把娃娃體下載好嘞˙˙就是不知道可不可以把電腦所有看到的字改成娃娃體
就像是智慧型手機一樣可以改字體~~~~
如果可以的話要怎麼改呢^^?
