facebook帳號被鎖住系統要求輸入生日但我是隨便打的

我的facebook帳號被鎖住了!
因為有一天我在其他地方登入facebook.
系統就以為是別人盜我的facebook.
所以我登入時他就說(最近有人試圖從不明的設備或地點登入你的帳號。請確認下列是不是你的登入紀錄。)
他就教我輸入我註冊時的生日.
但我根本忘了.

難道除了輸入生日之外沒有其他辦法了嗎?
