雖然膠原蛋白粉最近還蠻多人在吃的 但是我不是很愛吞粉末的感覺 之前也好玩吃過幾次 但好像加到果汁或牛奶裡 還是會有淡淡的腥味@@ 爬了一下文看到有版友推薦彈力肌密的膠原C凍 感覺比較少看到這種膠原蛋白果凍還蠻新鮮的 去官網查了一下 賣相感覺很不錯XD 價格也可以接受 所以直接敗了兩盒來吃吃看 它這個吃起來是酸酸甜甜的葡萄味道 完全沒有膠原蛋白特有的魚腥味 而且看介紹裡面也有加很多抗氧化的成分(ex葡萄籽 紅酒多酚) 我覺得持續吃下來 最明顯的應該就是兩頰的彈性改善很多 跟那種擦保濕的感覺不太一樣 是平常摸臉 也能發現臉比較飽滿 再來就是氣色 看起來也比較紅潤一些 雖然沒有認真吃過膠原蛋白粉 但我覺得這種膠原果凍效果也很不錯 還蠻推薦不敢吃膠原蛋白粉的版友試試看的~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.212.108
