楊念祖抄襲原著　全文內容

【綜合報導】國防部長楊念祖因為作品涉抄襲，請辭下台。《蘋果》根據立委管碧玲所說的文章，找到他涉嫌抄襲的原著是來自中國知名軍事專家翻譯胡錦洋，翻譯國際知名中國軍事專家理查德．費舍爾的著作，標題由胡錦洋所下《美国專家：引進技術加速中國國防現代化─高科技引進與解放竄現代化》文章。文章摘要說明作者理查德．費舍爾是美國著名的保守派學者。
