移民署專勤隊涉詐外勞遣返費　共犯遭聲押

【賴又嘉／台北報導】移民署新竹市專勤隊1名溫姓隊員，因涉嫌與陳姓友人利用查緝逾期居留的印尼外勞機會，向1名外勞誆稱須將其遣返印尼，向該名外勞收取遣返費，另向僱主收取僱用非法外勞罰款，溫男日前遭檢方搜索、約談後，遭依涉犯《貪污治罪條例》利用職務詐欺取財、圖利等罪向法院聲押獲准。
 
至於與溫男共同犯案的陳姓友人，則是直到今天才主動到案說明，雖陳男供稱，對溫男所做所為均不知情，否認共同犯案，但檢方未採信其說詞，認為其與溫男共同涉犯貪污等重罪，且有逃亡、串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押陳男。
