吃生菜不好嗎？為什麼我被告誡生食蔬菜不好？

不太喜歡煮熟的蔬果，而且現在夏天吃生的比較開胃又好下嚥 卻被告誡吃這麼多生食不好 是因為食物比較寒嗎？ 我以為寒的食物煮熟了還是寒，就像燥熱的水果冰了也還是燥熱吧 那為什麼？...
