葉盛茂隱匿公文服刑 今假釋出獄

前調查局長葉盛茂，因隱匿公文、被判刑入獄服刑約半年，申請假釋獲准，今天下午從台北監獄出獄，面對守候在場的媒體、他不發一語，僅以聲明稿表示自己知錯認罪、坦然服刑。 葉盛茂曾被控，洩漏搜索情資給立委柯建銘，遭法院依洩密罪，判處2年6月徒刑確定，已於民國100年入監服刑，去年假釋出獄，但他另外因隱匿國外組織通報扁家，疑在海外洗錢的情資，並通知當時的總統陳水扁，被控隱匿公文，判處1年4月徒刑確定，在今年3月入獄服刑，最近通過假釋審查，下午出獄時，他也以聲明稿、強調自己其他未結之案的清白。
