男大生搶包　辯稱只是「拿」不是搶

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市蘆洲區1名大四男學生，搶奪夜歸女子包包後騎車逃逸，警方調閱監視器，鎖定21歲的王姓大學生，今天上午7時許持拘票在王嫌租屋處，搜出被害人包包、衣服、化妝品等價值1萬多元贓證物。
 
王姓大學生辯解順手「拿」走她的包包，完全否認涉及搶奪，但是警方偵訊後，仍依搶奪罪嫌將他送辦。
