想請問102年檢事官財經組的審計學考題中，出現了屬於「會計審計法規」範圍內的考題。那是一般審計學課程沒有的。

題目如下：「何謂政府績效審計？績效審計之法律依據為何？政府績效審計之查核結果應如何處理？」

請問會出現這題是因為它也包含在商業會計法的範圍內嗎？所以準備檢事官財經組的考生也應該有讀到？請專業的大大解惑，謝謝。
