當舖借錢問題以及車子是否會怎樣

小弟的摩托車新勁戰3代今年牽的 還在貸款中

去當舖借貸了1萬元整 被扣了900元的利息

還寫了本票 我的機車行照被扣在那邊

我想請問 我的車子是不是如果都沒還錢 就會被他們拖去

如果有還完錢了 是否我簽的本票 東西都可以拿回來銷毀 本票也銷毀

我在擔心的是 我的車子是不是現在不歸我所有

等到我還完錢才完全歸我所有
