電腦莫名影像網頁卡住

電腦最近開始開網頁時
網頁會異常卡住(網頁打字也會卡住一下後出現我打的字)
開YOUTUBE看影片時會有聲音(有時候會整個卡住也無聲)
但影像卡住
網站上的FLISH影像也會
卡住的時間大概都將近10秒
卡住的時候作業燈不會像是硬體跑不動一直閃
完全都不會有閃爍的樣子
一開始我還以為是POWER用久了W數不足~
換了一顆之後還是有相同的狀況~
所以想問問看網路上的高手
