友人於97年06月13日偕同兩人口頭約定合股取得公司之讓渡權，合夥前友人說明只有技術股管理公司，無須以金錢入股，但本人為求公平，於營業期間先後匯20萬入股份，工作期間盡心盡力，配合公司收入調漲薪資與工作時數，無不懈怠，但合股期間因友人個人情緒無法繼續相互合作，且干涉我的自由權與工作權，最後友人未通知亦未清算，以公司未賺錢之理由將本人投資之20萬元納入公司財產繼續與房屋持有人續約承租，並佔有公司資產，且額外成立令一個公司名稱繼續經營，友人仗著家裡有錢，並四處毀謗，我在公司辛苦經營3年，眼看有成過卻被如此對待，心有所難以平衡，還說有獎金要給我，但要在繳30萬完成原本預定的股份金額才要給我三萬塊當公司獎金，這種用計心機的方式令人厭惡，要如何討回辛苦錢請各位大大幫忙。
