想辦智慧型手機，有很多問題

我的手機是一般手機，門號用遠傳預付卡
想轉成月租+上網 。也可以新辦門號 (還是有那種可以直接用預付卡上網的?)

但是我沒用過智慧型手機@@
對上網幾G 幾m都不懂 (我什麼都不懂 希望大大們不要見怪>''<)
Q1.可以解釋一下嗎? 什麼是3G.2G上網
Q2.什麼是上網流量? 怎麼樣才會超過，是不是如果不是網路吃到飽超過就要付錢

Q3.有哪個電信現在有比較優惠的方案?
我本身是很少在用手機講電話，只是想上網聊line、玩遊戲、看fb，
所以應該不會用到超過太多的上網費用，如果是只有這些應該要辦哪一種的好?
Q4.推薦哪一款手機比較好，比較不會出問題，要有wifi
(最好是有搭配方案的0 元手機，超過1 2千沒關係)
Q5.月租費 跟上網費用是分開的嗎? 那合約到期，手機要還回去嗎?
