天兔挾強風豪雨　男駕車失控墬溪

【余思維／台北報導】北台灣受天兔颱風影響，出現間歇性強風豪雨，今午5時許1名男子駕車行經外雙溪打滑失控，連人帶車直接墜落兩層樓高溪谷，男子毫髮無傷坐在車頂待救，所幸警消在溪水暴漲前將人救起。　

警消以吊掛方式救起25歲詹姓駕駛時，經檢查後沒有明顯外傷，詹男向警消表示，當時風雨很大視線不良，車輛行經中社路大彎道時出現打滑，沒想到就人車就滑出道路，直接墜落溪中，因為溪水不斷灌進車內，趕緊逃出車外坐在車頂待救。
