看了很多篇 開IE還是無解

目前狀況是 應該已經確實把IE刪除了 解除安裝程式已找不到了
但是無法重裝IE 會顯示 ''電腦已安裝最新版本 安裝程式無法繼續''
已經試過 開啟或關閉Windows功能 取消IE 還是無效
也檢查不到有安裝 google toolbar 所以應該是沒安裝
請問還有什麼辦法
備註: 電腦是Win7 64位元
