東京電力將獲共59億美元融資

熟悉內情人士透露，債權銀行將提供59億美元融資給東京電力公司，以避免這家擁有福島核電廠的公用事業陷於財務絕境。

參與融資協商的代表透露，東電的主要債權銀行準備在12月提供5,000億日圓（50.9億美元）融資，包括2,000億日圓貸款延展，和3,000億日圓新貸款。

此外，東電上周申請重新啟用一座未受損的核電廠，也有助於說服部分猶豫的較小銀行加入28家金融機構的集團，同意延展逾770億日圓（7.84億美元）10月底將到期的貸款。

東電9月27日申請啟用的柏崎刈羽核電廠，位於日本西北部，是全球最大的核電廠，但是否獲准仍不明朗，且即使重新啟用也是幾個月後的事。

東電社長廣瀨直己在9月29日刊登的訪談中說，東電在本年度（到明年3月底止）可望出現三年來首見的盈餘，且無需靠提高電費或重啟核電廠。
