外資買超韓股36天 創最長紀錄

南韓股市依然便宜加上國家財政強勁，吸引外國投資人湧入，連續第36個交易日買超韓股，創歷來最長連續買超紀錄。

外資從8月23日到10月18日共買進114億美元的南韓股票，激勵Kospi指數自6月底以來大漲16%。該指數18日漲0.6%至2,052點；韓元匯價一度觸及1,060.27韓元兌1美元，為1月21日來最高。

南韓資產吸引力源自股市價位便宜與經濟強勁。Kospi指數的預估本益比僅11.5倍，低於日股的20倍和菲律賓的18.6倍，代表外資仍有加碼空間。南韓連續19個月出現貿易順差，是經濟將持續成長的好預兆。

南韓企劃財政部主管金成旭說，當局正密切監控外匯流動與韓元走勢，以觀察是否有投機活動，暗示若韓元漲勢過猛可能介入干預。
