事情是這樣的 每次當我感情不順時 就算是一點很小的事情 很小的徵兆 EX 女生不接我電話 訊息沒回 心儀的女生FB不按我的教有確認等 只要發生以上類似的情形 我的心情馬上就會跌到谷底 短則一兩天 長則一兩個禮拜 抱歉 我知道這樣很蠢 很弱 很娘砲 但是我就是改不了 請問要如何強化自己這方面的心理素質? 如何能對這些小事真正的不在乎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.188.184
