屋齡逾30年　北市擬強制要求屋主自費健檢

【郭美瑜／台北報導】北市議員李新今下午質詢表示，北市屋齡逾30年者達8.2萬棟，占總棟數73%，都更不易的5層樓以下老舊公寓有4.5萬棟，占55%，若北市出現921規模的大地震，恐造成嚴重損害，李新要求北市強制要求30年以上老屋進行耐震強度檢測，並提供全額補助。

台北市長郝龍斌允諾研議。北市建管處長張剛維表示，北市今年及明年各補助100間及200間老屋健檢，每件補助2萬元，由土木、建築及結構技師公會派員會勘，未來擬修改《北市建築管理自治條例》，強制屋齡30年以上老屋定期安檢，但健檢費用由屋主自行負擔，該修正案預計明年提送市議會審議。
