【曾佳俊╱新北報導】16年前三峽北大特區重劃作業啟動，完成土地重劃後展開標售，因為底價與市場行情落差不小，加上房市處於低檔，業者多處於觀望階段，2003年隨著大環境好轉，市府又祭出容積獎勵等多項優惠措施，以及三鶯捷運線題材發燒，各大建商搶進，成為許多退休族群入住首選，也成為當地房價領頭羊。
