「十四爺」林更新半路解約敗訴　判賠經紀公司948萬

步步驚心》中的「十四爺」林更新，與經紀公司「唐人電影」的合約糾紛案件，日前終於有了結果，大陸上海法院披露，經過一、二審，林更新最終被判因無故要求解除合約，必須賠償經紀公司損失195萬人民幣（約948萬台幣）。

據悉，林更新去年底傳出因不滿唐人經紀公司只捧劉詩詩，拒接自家的《步步驚心2》並且私接工作，去拍電影《痞子英雄》續集，今年2月，林更新對經紀公司提告，稱經紀公司沒按照約定履行義務，發函要求解除合約，遭經紀公司拒絕，雙方因此鬧上法院對簿公堂。

其實一審時，法院是判雙方合約已解除，但經紀公司不服提上訴，二審後改判林更新與經紀公司之間的合約，是於判決生效日才解除，林更新須賠償經紀公司195萬元人民幣。林更新的助理聞訊後以「手機沒電了」為由失聯，唐人總裁蔡藝儂電話則關機。
