只需提供魚卡的機率

給那些沒拿到魚卡，故不懂活動內容許願牆關係的玩家，使其理解此次活動
拿到魚卡，就等於拿到燈魚一隻 (用魚卡 即可兌換該魚一隻 之後魚卡消失)
而魚卡 可在許願牆那邊 跟魚友交換~
許願牆分兩個部分 1.我的願望 2.許願牆
1.我的願望： 簡單來說 就是PO出你想交換的魚卡，成功後 +10積分，但需24hr CD
2.許願牆：去幫人實現願望，可拿到交換後的魚卡，成功後+1積分，應該不用CD 但上限16次/1天
