巴拿馬運河擴建工程陷僵局

西班牙營建商Sacyr領導的營建工程集團2日威脅說，除非巴拿馬運河當局在21天的期限內支付16億美元的超支成本，他們將擱置規模龐大的運河擴建工程。

巴拿馬運河是連結大西洋與太平洋的80公里長水道，目前正在興建第三套運河閘門，整個擴建工程費用預估為52億美元。
