高孔廉去職　林中森：與高合作無間

【陳培煌╱台北報導】海基會副董事長高孔廉請辭，外界質疑導火線是海基會董事長林中森，林中森今在立院受訪澄清與高沒有心結，「大家都知道我們合作無間，任務都使命必達。」

林中森表示，先前已經慰留高孔廉兩次，但高以另有生涯規劃堅辭，他已經函報陸委會，建請轉呈總統表揚高在海基會這段時間貢獻。

林中森指出，高孔廉在他到職第一天就曾表達另有生涯規劃想辭職，經長官慰留後，再去年中秋節又表達想辭職念頭，基於尊重高的規劃，勉強同意高到春節之後離職。
