遠傳手機綁約後可以在加行動網路嗎?

我現在是辦遠傳的學生專案綁約2年半的
一個月繳199但沒有網路已用一年了
但我之後換工作想要用網路
如果我現在加遠傳無線飆網400
那我2年半後可以連同綁約的199跟無線飆網400一併取消嗎??
無線飆網400的不是綁約的吧??

無線飆網400如果只是一天 逛逛網拍(約15-20分鐘)看信箱(5-10分鐘)回復網拍留言(10分鐘)回LINE(10分鐘)這樣一個月的500MB夠嗎??因為我真的很少再用手機網路只是人在外面有必要才會需要用
這樣夠嗎??
