純晶圓代工產值估增14%

（中央社記者張建中新竹24日電）研調機構IC Insights預期，今年純晶圓代工產值可望達412億美元，較去年成長14%。

IC Insights預估，今年整體IC市場可望達2871億美元，較去年成長7%；整體晶圓代工產值將達480億美元，年增12%。

隨著蘋果(Apple)將晶圓代工業務逐步自整合元件製造代工廠三星移轉至純晶圓代工廠台積電(2330)，整合元件製造代工廠面臨來自純晶圓代工廠激烈競爭。

IC Insights預期，包括台積電、聯電(2303)、格羅方德及中芯等純晶圓代工廠今年營收可望達412億美元，較去年成長14%；包括三星及IBM等整合元件製造代工廠營收則將約68億美元，僅較去年成長3%。

IC Insights預估，2013至2018年整體IC市場年複合成長率將約6%，純晶圓代工產值年複合成長率可望達12%，整合元件製造代工廠營收年複合成長率僅約3%。
