從古巴偷運武器 北韓付罰金

去年7月一艘北韓貨輪從古巴偷運武器經過巴拿馬運河時遭巴國海軍攔截。巴國說，北韓8日付了69萬3333美元罰金，被扣押的貨輪可以離開。目前仍被巴拿馬拘留的貨輪船長、大副與政治祕書則因偷運武器面臨審判。
