合約未到期，但想離職。

本來是因為今年(103年)2月過年的時候小產
想跟公司請留職停薪一個月 休養在回去繼續上班
但是公司只肯給假3天
休完三天後繼續回去上班
但是因為小產的關係
腰很痛 公司還是不給請留職停薪
所以才起了離職的打算
跟公司的合約還有10個月才到期
想請問

公司不給留職停薪 算合理嗎?

合約未到 離職 賠償金 10萬合理嗎?
