壹週刊報導，遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄坦承被迫行賄，檢方擬促轉污點證人。北檢今天表示，須先審酌他主觀意願及是否符合法定規定；本案最快下午提訊在押被告。

辦案人員指出，趙藤雄及遠雄公司副總魏春雄經法院訊問後，均坦承為求桃園八德地區合宜住宅標案得以順利進行，而由趙藤雄決策，並由魏春雄聯繫並透過學者蔡仁惠，將新台幣1600萬元交付給時任桃園縣副縣長葉世文。趙藤雄、魏春雄、蔡仁惠及葉世文等4人遭收押禁見，檢方最快今天下午提訊在押者。

壹週刊今天報導，台北地檢署策動趙藤雄轉污點證人。

台北地檢署發言人黃謀信指出，檢察官會去審酌趙藤雄的主觀意願及他所供述內容是否符合證人保護法的規定，再做後續處置。

至於，趙藤雄昨天透過律師對外發表聲明表示，為避免得罪「大家」才送錢，檢方認為，羈押禁見的被告不該透過律師向外界喊話，以免有空中串證之嫌，將一併了解律師是否代為傳話及其原因。(中央社)
