北市府推動「光纖到府」委外建設營運案，委外廠商為台灣智慧光網，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）今通過特許執照，NCC表示，業者資本額、系統容量、開台門檻、外資門檻等都符合比例，通過許可核發特許執照，今天就會發文給業者。根據業者提供的資費方案，光纖到府資費100M/100M定價1300元，促銷優惠價899元，300M/300M定價1830元，促銷優惠價1299元，供裝區域台北市。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
