紅米解鎖/狀態列/LINE/瀏覽器/通話/Home鍵 問題

各位大大好
小弟於今天1月購入一隻紅米，途中都沒什麼大問題
昨天下午出現以下問題
1.LINE打不開(點擊圖示會變黑畫面，之後跳出很抱歉，LINE已停止)，內建瀏覽器(紫色底白圈那個)也打不開
2.別人打電話來會想一聲便進入語音信箱，我手機這裡完全沒有反應(沒有震動、鈴聲。也不會跳到是否接聽的畫面)。
現在只能靠中華電信來電捕手的簡訊來得知誰有打來，再撥回去(撥出、通話完全正常)
3.上方狀態列也沒在運作(不會有簡訊、未接、通知等訊息出現)
，只剩電信公司、靜音震動、鬧鐘、wifi、訊號、電池、時間的圖示
4.Home鍵也失去功能，按他不會回到桌面(但長按功能Home鍵有運作，所以Home鍵並沒有壞)
5.喚醒螢幕之後的圖形鎖解鎖畫面也不見了，就直接進入到手機畫面
我的系統是16.0，沒有root過
發現問題早上都還能正常使用且沒摔到或進水，下午就變現在這樣
這到底是怎麼了，麻煩大大幫助
