請問從台北到花蓮或台中或宜蘭一日遊 該如何安排行程去

想請問
如果有兩個人住在台北市(沒有自己開車) 打算到花蓮或宜蘭或台中一日遊
應該要如何前往比較方便?以及費用?

例如:是不是到台北火車站坐火車再到花蓮火車站?那時間須多久?以及一個人票價約多少?到了之後的一些花費約多少錢等等
還有到達花蓮火車站後 應該如何安排簡單的行程 去哪些比較可以逛的地點 該如何去? 或是火車站附近就有很多可以逛的地點嗎?

不論是台北到 花蓮或宜蘭或台中 有一日遊經驗的各位大大 都可以提供
