致命2分鐘　民航局：飛行員沒說天氣不好

致命的120秒究竟發生什麼事，復興航空空難班機23日晚間7時06分呼叫2次重飛，之後7時8分就失聯墜機，民航局調出晚間7時10分天氣報發現能見度驟降一半，僅剩800公尺，低於降落標準，7時06分的天氣和能見度到底多少，民航局坦言，那致命一刻，沒有天氣預報。
 
民航局副局長李萬里表示，駕駛員有義務將遭遇到什麼情況提供給航管，航管會提供給下一班班機參考，但在復興航空呼叫重飛的7時06分，那個時間沒有天氣預報，只知道他進去時天氣是好的，飛行員也沒有說遭遇天氣不好，民航局也要重申，要不要飛應由飛行員決定。(李姿慧／台北報導)
