高雄氣爆 中油初勘管線正常

高雄發生重大氣爆意外，災情嚴重，已知造成20死，270人受傷。中油公司副總經理張瑞宗今天指出，因地底下管線除上游中油以外，還有中下游業者。初步勘查中油管線情況正常，但待高雄市府勞動檢查處調查，才能做最後判定。

對於前鎮所安管中心僅一人坐鎮，張瑞宗說，安管中心24小時輪班，安管中心平日確實一人輪值，但還有其他操作維護人員，分別在控制室等其他作業室管理。

中央緊急災害應變中心指出，疑似丙烯外洩，張瑞宗說，事故地點丙烯管線分別屬中石化及另一家業者，中油只是供氣來源之一，管線所有權非中油。張瑞宗說，中油已成立緊急應變中心，支援相關人員設備。
