台北市一名留學英國擁有碩士學位的王姓男子，涉嫌將兩名前女友不雅照傳送給10多名網友分享，而被其中一名擔任模特兒的江姓前女友提告。

一審王男雖被判決3個月，並得易科罰金，但卻自認犯罪所生危害並不大，因而上訴請求緩刑；不過二審法院卻認為，王男不僅漠視法紀，犯行也已使被害的前女友內心承受極大痛苦，因此駁回王男上訴，維持一審散布猥褻影像罪刑定讞。

而根據了解，王男所「分享」的前女友們不雅畫面，包括性交及口交等極度私密行為，流傳影像宛如A片。
