日關西暴雨成災　兵庫250人受困

日本關西地區昨深夜降下猛烈雨勢，多處傳出淹水及土石流災情，目前已知至少2人死亡、8人失蹤。

京都部分地區累積雨量超過300公厘，打破當地紀錄。兵庫縣發生土石流意外，一間民宅遭沖毀，一對老夫婦失蹤。另受道路中斷影響，兵庫丹波市一座營地有250人受困，必須出動自衛隊救援。
日本氣象廳表示，西部地區豪雨將會持續，呼籲民眾嚴防河水氾濫及土石流災害。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
