教育部長吳思華在8月30日提出全新的104學年度高級中等學校適性入學制度，其中特色招生回歸各區自辦一事，遭到北市教育局反彈。建中校長陳偉泓認為，學校自辦特招是沒有問題，但須給他們足夠時間，畢竟要命好題目是需要時間的。

陳偉泓認為，他對於這些制度可接受，但應給大家緩衝期，因校內有不少教師曾參與命題工作，命題能力沒問題，但要出好的題目是需要時間的。

教育部說，104學年度各就學區免試入學之總名額，應占核定招生總名額80%以上；各校提供免試入學名額占核定招生名額比率，以達50%以上為原則，未來也須朝向70%以上之目標努力。這部分，陳偉泓則希望教育部及早公布104學年多元入學招生辦法，否則無法評估達成狀況。
