【獨家】行賄4萬元　蔡正河：沒有對價關係

監委被提名人蔡正河被指曾因為參選馬偕醫院院長時行賄董事四萬元，蔡政河今受訪表示，馬偕以前有一個董事，曾經去過蔡的故鄉嘉義參訪，很喜歡當地的海產，所以都會寄海產給他，但2012年春節時，蔡的夫人太忙，所以改以王品的餐卷代替，寄過去給該董事，怎知對方退回。蔡正河強調，「我當年沒有要選院長，不算行賄」。

《蘋果》詢問蔡正河當初被徵詢擔任監委被提名人，是否想過此事會被踢爆。蔡正河說，當初已經跟醫院說明過，沒有對價關係，所以認為不會有問題，現在也會繼續擔任監委被提名人，沒有要退出。（陳郁仁／台北報導）
