救回sim卡裡的聯絡人

最近誤刪到sim卡的聯絡人，不過很奇怪的是，我的手機是HTC wildfire S A515c ，在刪除之前，我剛下載完Line 的主題，用好後，我去電話簿，把一些人
加到群組後，再重新看電話簿，存在sim卡的聯絡人都變成有重複兩個，我刪掉其中1個後，另外一個也跟著不見了，想請問是否有方法可以救回被刪除的聯絡人，或是這種情形跟下載的東西有關，謝謝！
