最近購買HTC蝴蝶S遇到一個問題

在剛買來的時候
裡頭有個軟體叫做NLIFE的導航軟體
我也沒特意去刪它
可是她卻自己消失了

我問客服
她說可能要重置了

所以我想問問有沒有人跟我有一樣的問題
有沒有辦法幫資料先備份
例如LINE啦
下載的遊戲啦(進度會不見)
