以機車引擎起家的HONDA，於1963年以商用貨車T360正式進軍乘用車領域，隨後更推出S500、N360等膾炙人口的車款，其中1971年問世的Life，雖然名氣沒有同時期誕生的Civic大，但所搭載的EA 356cc引擎，可是具有超過1萬轉的實力。
