可以嘗試以下步驟
1.先從新增移除中把所有Toolbar移除，如果有BabylonTool一樣把他砍掉
2.工具→設定
3.改三個地方
　1."開啓某個特定網頁或一組網頁"，點開"設定網頁"看到hao123網址把它給刪掉
　2.檢查首頁網址有沒有被改掉，若是有的話請修改回來
　3."管理搜尋引擎"把看不懂的搜尋刪掉，改回你所想使用的首頁內容

如果還是沒辦法的話可能是你所點的IE捷徑有問題，可能需要查看一下你平常所點的IE捷徑

1.右鍵點擊IE瀏覽器，選擇「內容」選項
2.彈出內容對話框，選擇「捷徑」中「目標」，把「目標」中的.exe"后的藍色字刪掉
3.刪除後點擊「確定」，重啟瀏覽器

如果再不能解決的話，就有可能是機碼方面被修改，建議重灌電腦會比較保險
