應用程式點選錯誤，整台電腦只能用那個程式開啟檔案

我的問題就如標題說的QAQQQQ
我要開啟某個檔案的時候不小心按錯了，結果整台電腦變成只能用那個錯誤的程式開啟檔案，拜託救救我現在該怎麼辦QAQQQ
可以的話希望是系統還原以外的辦法，因為我剛剛已經試過了，連還原都沒辦法，現在一堆檔案都開不了QAQQQQ
