【短片】生前慘遭虐待　240狗集體葬禮今舉行

【綜合報導】美國巴爾迪摩地區在2009年發現一名女子卡希(Judy Cahill)，在過去30年間慘忍地虐待上千隻狗兒，卡希目前入獄服刑中，而當地慈善團體今日為當中受虐而死的240隻狗狗，進行集體安葬。

據了解，卡希過去飼養多條狗，警方估計可能達上千隻，但卡希不加以照顧狗群，把狗群關進小房間或籠子裡自生自滅。卡希曾經發出領養廣告，但最後還是將這些狗狗進行安樂死，警方獲報後，立刻以虐待動物罪名將卡希逮捕。

卡希最後被判處10年有期徒刑，而今天這240隻狗狗，是當年在垃圾桶裡，發現的狗兒骨灰，今日慈善團體為這些狗兒辦理集體安葬。
