立法院周五將處理核四公投案！民進黨立法院黨團今（1）日召開「核四安全難保、立即停建」記者會，黨團幹事長高志鵬表示，可以想見明天的戰況一定會很激烈，民進黨抱持不成功便成仁，希望擋住馬政府的陽謀。
高志鵬指出，「民進黨團重申沒有核安就沒有核四，更無需公投」，而國民黨團在本周提出，在核四公投之前，要先有核安保證的決議，都被國民黨高層撤簽；核安只是國民黨用來欺騙人民的遮羞布，因為核安根本不會落實。
高志鵬表示，明天的核四公投，只是國民黨團為了核四繼續興建，以及為了清理戰場的政治動作，而且馬英九總統昨天參與黨團會議，就是在交代任務，不想讓臨時會一事無成，可以想見明天的戰況會很激烈。
高志鵬強調，民進黨不是反對核四公投，但命題不對與鳥籠公投都無法接受，而黨團成員也抱持不成功便成仁的態度，希望擋住馬政府的陽謀。
黨團書記長吳秉叡也說，沒有核安就不該讓核四存續下去，連核安專家林宗堯都認為核四不安全，且國人也超過七成二民意贊成直接停建核四，直接停掉才是正辦；假若台灣發生核災，台灣將無法承受。
