記者呂炯昌／綜合報導 洪仲丘家屬今（1）日提出錄音檔質疑士官長陳以人有買飲料，國防部長楊念祖強調，請家屬提供新事證，交由軍檢調查。 洪仲丘案軍檢31日偵結起訴，軍檢調查上士范佐憲、陳以人沒有買飲料賄賂813醫院醫護。不過，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸上午公布錄音檔，聽到當初軍檢在醫院調查時，輔導長親口承認「陳以人在買飲料」。 新任國防部長楊念祖上午前往立院就「軍中人權保障及陸軍下士洪仲丘案」進行專案報告。立委質詢，洪家提出證據指有人買飲料賄賂醫院一事，國防部長楊念祖強調，行政機關無法指揮軍檢，請家屬向軍檢提供新事證。 國防部法律事務司表示，軍檢已傳喚542旅旅部連輔導長吳翼竹查明。
