「滑行」偷機車 車主監視器發現

黃姓男子（30歲）去年10月21日在台北市翠宜路以「滑行」方式竊取殷姓男子機車，殷的胞弟從監視器上看到有人偷車，隨即通報哥哥並報警。黃落網時表示自己有躁鬱症，法官考量病情，依竊盜罪處黃拘役20日，緩刑2年。
