今日（10）太平洋高壓稍微減弱，南邊也帶上一些水氣，使得台灣各地雲量稍微增多，迎風面的臺東會有局部短暫陣雨，西半部地區的午後雷陣雨也可能從山區延伸到平地。
白天仍然晴朗炎熱，但不容易再出現極端高溫，大台北地區高溫約為36度，其他各地高溫在32到34度之間，中午前後紫外線指數容易達到過量或危險級，戶外活動請注意做好防曬，並多喝水以免中暑；午後也請提防瞬間的較大雨勢及雷擊、強陣風。
9日菲律賓東方海面形成的熱帶性低氣壓，在今日凌晨2時已經發展為輕度颱風尤特（Utor），它是今年第11號颱風，凌晨2時的中心位置距離鵝鑾鼻東南方約1500公里，目前正沿著太平洋高壓南側向西北西進行。
