NBA快艇出售案 史特林提上訴

美國職業籃球(NBA)洛杉磯快艇老闆史特林(Donald Sterling)8日向法院提出上訴，力抗必須把快艇隊出售給微軟公司前執行長巴爾默(Steve Ballmer)的裁決。
史特林因發表涉及種族歧視言論，遭NBA重罰250萬美元以及終身不得參與NBA活動。NBA當局並力促史特林出售快艇。
史特林分居妻子雪莉(Shelly)5月底和巴爾默達成協議，以創紀錄的20億美元價格把快艇賣給巴爾默。史特林不滿妻子決定，告上法院。
不過美國加州洛杉磯高等法院法官李凡那斯(Michael Levanas)7月28日裁准這項交易。李凡那斯裁決，史特林可以提出上訴，但交易仍可先立即執行。
史特林在8日提出上訴，試圖阻止交易進行。
除了控告妻子外，史特林也對NBA當局提出告訴。他指控遭NBA霸凌驅逐，已經侵害了他的權利。
