取消計程收費、維持計次收費，
這樣一來，不管對短、中、長途使用者而言，
都不會因為實施電子收費而漲價，
反而可以享受 36元/次 的通行優惠，
這樣不是皆大歡喜？

提供免費里程的同時，計程收費已經失去它的意義(公平性)了，
何不取消計程收費、使用eTag繼續維持計次收費，
以實現道路收費的公平正義。
